I have been struggling and I found different videos by Jordan Peterson, a philosopher/psychologist really insightful and helpful. He uses various content from spirituality and fiction and myth to explain the human experience. It is really interesting and motivational. The YouTube content has many videos of his, being an alternate approach to thinking and seeing the world.
