Maybe your own families have a tradition. e.g. like watching Holiday movies and you can watch together on YouTube or Netflix and then have a chat about it after virtually. or the cookie baking contest on face time. Trying to carol in sync on Zoom is crazy but worth a try unless you have an alternative platform?

Not sure where to put this.
I really enjoyed the International Braille Day conference. It was inspiring to sing Louis Braille Happy Birthday in both languages, especially since he was French and why W isn't in the original Braille but with an alternate bottom dot.

I have an old PAC Mate but not sure if the Braille display would ever work again since it was just connected to that device decades old.
For resources I guess braille resources?

I checked some of the resources mentioned here and found some really great ones, but also there were some that were no longer available.
HBR articles require a paid subscription.

I Use the Calm app. It works on both IOS and Android. This app is mostly accessible with very minor issues of unlabeled buttons.

Quarantine Support:
Angels Facebook group that helps seniors with tasks like groceries, shoveling snow, get food, talk to seniors. It started in Thompson and it is across communities in Manitoba where people assist Elders. It is here in Winnipeg too. But it is on Facebook.

Also I've been in quarantine in the fall and learned resources. Not sure if you guys have resource places like 211 in your cities or places like Resource Centres. Some city sites have them but there are also accessibility agencies like we have here that have listings and also like on our government page.

Hi, i am having difficulties with insomnia. It is getting ridiculous now (It's 1 am). Does anyone have remedies? Like does lots of chamomile tea work? I rarely drink coffee as I have adverse reactions to caffeine. Like are there certain meditations to listen to before bed you find useful, herbs, foods to eat or to avoid other than caffeine? Thanks.
