Including writing instructions for using the NNELS repository, website, library apps, etc., it would be great to have some of our internal processes have instructions written so that we can have quick reference guides for when people are stuck or are new to the team. Some of the ideas we already have are:
  • Google Docs
  • Google Drive
  • Google Sheets
  • NNELS Forums
  • Dropbox
  • Zoom
  • Microsoft To Do
  • Doodle Poll
Are there any applications that we use for internal processes (outside of the testing environment) that you would like instructions for, or would have found instructions helpful for when you first started? Please share them here.

Another app that might be useful to have instructions for if it is used in NNELS would be Microsoft One Note.

I am wondering about apps used for reading the materials like eBook readers and audiobook readers? Maybe somethings about screen readers like the instructions as reminders for tips and tricks of using them to the best with websites.
