Finding bold text with JAWS

Is there a way to find the next instance of text with a bold font using JAWS?

Although the JAWS Text Analyzer is very useful, It shows each inconsistency along the file as it appears. Is there a way to set some type of filter to indicate what is it what we are trying to find?

Thanks very much in advance.

Hi Daniella,
The Skim Reading tool will allow you to filter certain characteristics and show you every instance it finds in a list. It will work anywhere there's text.
so to find all bold text:
1. Press Jaws-shift-control down arrow to open the tool.
2. choose color/attribute rule.
3. Tab over to bold and check that box.
4. Click the summary button and in a separate window, everything that is bold will be in a list that you can navigate with standard text reading commands.
5. If you want to jump to any specific piece of text, just navigate to it and press enter.

It's a very powerful tool that also works with text. You could also filter by colour as well or you can have the tool only look for bold with a specific colour. Here's more information.
